Returns, refunds & 60-day money-back guarantee

Our return policy lasts 30 days. This means you can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee for Super Liver. This commercial guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

To be eligible for a return within the statutory return period, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receipt and contact us if the product is defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly, so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, for example products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once the seal has been broken. If in doubt, contact us at info@superbonsai.eu.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, as a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing by your bank or payment provider may take several business days.
