We hope you are happy with your order. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Please read the following before submitting a return request to ensure a smooth process.
Shipped orders:
Returns are unconditional within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges may be waived in case of quality issues or incorrectly shipped items; otherwise, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Returned items must be free of man-made damage that may affect resale and must be in new condition.
Important notes:
- This returns policy applies to direct end users who make a purchase through our website.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Gifts must also be returned.
- Items damaged due to misuse, careless handling or abnormal use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping of returns that are not of good quality.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the original return request.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 5 days, depending on your financial institution.

- If you qualify, Customer Service will email you a returns form containing the return address and instructions.
- Send the package according to the guidelines.
- Upon receipt, we will confirm receipt of the product.
- You will receive your money back.
